About Kids R First Kids R First is an organization of community volunteers who believe that children are the most important investment of our future. Providing kids from families in need with their supplies at the beginning of each new school year and mini-scholarships for College or Career Bound kids helps to lay a greater foundation for organizational skills, academic success with enhanced self esteem and opportunities for success beyond high school. Each year Kids R First hosts several fund raising events such as: The Golf Classic, Gift Wrapping, and Grants. To see photos please click here

Kids R First has developed a major partnership with two retailers, Office Depot and Wal-Mart, to purchase school supplies in bulk quantities. In August, 2011 Office Depot and Wal-Mart provided large discounts on supplies to Kids R First so 17,300 kids in need would have their required list of items when returning to school. Office Depot: In 2012 KRF celebrates 14 years of partnering with Office Depot. In the past 4-years, Office Depot Corporate has donated more than 1,500 backpacks. Office Depot seeks to enhance quality of life in the communities in which they operate and to serve humanity by supporting and inspiring involvement with causes that make a profound social impact.
